Celery juice is a wonderful way to start the morning. At 30, I finally have a routine that I absolutely love and celery juice is a new addition. My mornings consist of waking up around 6 AM, boiling water for Philz French Press Coffee, taking a dose of Vitamin D, two fish oil doses and 400 mg of Sam-e. Then I blend three stalks of celery, juice of half a lemon and 16 ounces of water in my Ninja. I run it through a strainer and drink up. I made a little video this morning (straight out of bed, did not even do my hair!) to show you all how I do this and how easy it is.
